Advisory Group Coordinator

We have an opportunity for an Advisory Group Coordinator to join our Risk, Assurance and Governance team. This role is suited to you if you have demonstrated experience in strategic stakeholder engagement combined with secretarial support at senior and executive levels. _
- You will be responsible for consistently delivering timely, accurate and strategic stakeholder engagement and secretarial support for a portfolio of meetings including Area Advisory Groups and a National Chairs Advisory Group. _
- Understanding the organisational objectives, meeting objectives and working with key stakeholders to ensure the advisory group meetings achieve these objectives is crucial. At times, the role will be required to provide outside standard business hours attendance, support, and coordination._
- Duties include:_
- _ Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, in a strategic and efficient manner to drive agendas and ensure the success of meetings._
- _ Contribute to the preparation of meeting packs and papers in accordance with the required time-frames, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and presentation._
- _ Foster cross-sector collaboration through effective stakeholder management._
- _ Attend committee meetings and prepare correspondence relating to meeting outcomes and follow up on actions - this may include hours outside of standard business hours._
- _ Provide corporate secretariat support to manage meeting cycles in an effective and efficient manner._
- _ Liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate presentations, guest speakers and reports._
- _ Work closely with the Legal & Governance team and the broader organisation to champion and drive continuous improvement of the facilitation of committee meetings._
**_ About You_**
- _ Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and internal departments to achieve organisation and committee objectives._
- _ Highly effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presented. _
- _Experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive or providing high-level stakeholder management or secretarial support in a similar role. _
- _You will have demonstrated experience in the planning and preparation of board and committee meetings._
- _ You will have demonstrated understanding of governance frameworks is desirable but not essential. _
- _Outstanding organisational skills including an ability to multi-task and produce accurate work to deadlines._
