**About the role**:
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and energetic person to join the AgriSolutions team within the Darling Downs area based in Toowoomba, QLD.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients on farm and in store. You will build business partnerships with our major customer base and source new customers with the aim of achieving branch budget sales and gross profit targets.
**What skills and experience are required to succeed in this role?**
- Knowledge of farm input industry products and their use.
- Recent experience providing “on farm” advice.
- Previous sales and retail experience in a similar environment.
- Natural customer relations, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Demonstrated motivation towards success and achievement.
- Proven ability to be a productive team player within a small team environment.
- Ability to work full time including up to four days per week in the field.
- Current clean C class drivers’ licence (minimum).
- Forklift licence, advantageous.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Agronomy, advantageous.
