What you'll be doing
Our Sales Consultants and Interior Decorators are the fabric of our business. Supporting in our Toowoomba store, your new role will see you using your interior decorating and sales credentials to create a personal and remarkable Freedom experience for every customer that walks through our doors, helping them to find beautiful things for their home.
If you have a background in retail, sales, customer service or simply a passion for design, we can teach you the rest. Your contribution will include:
- Inspiring our customers with your Freedom product knowledge, tailoring your service to bring their design ideas to life.
- Exceeding your sales targets through creative selling, teamwork, following up on customer quotes and upselling.
- Use your creative flair in our customers' homes to transform their space with our products, maximising potential sales returns.
- Create floor layout guides, digital mood boards and quotes as required.
- Assisting with other duties around the store, such as visual merchandising, processing customer orders and ticketing.
- Ad hoc duties as required by your store management team
- Contact new leads to arrange appointments in a timely manner.
Given this role works in-store and at our customers' homes, you'll need access to your own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. You're a warm, energetic and positive creative thinker, with the ability to inspire our customers through your innovative and fresh ideas.
