This is a **full-time** position.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Able to oversee the overall management, planning and controlling of daily work activities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Prepare financial projections for different ways of marketing drives.
- Independently handle the initiation and implementation of business development strategies.
- Involve in conceptualizing and finalize of marketing and promotional materials.
- Have ideas on the impacts that marketing and promotional activities.
- Planning for staff development, determination and hiring employees.
- Plan and implementation of effective strategies to increase the number of students to meet the company’s target.
- Facilitate the staff of all offices of the company to achieve the best results.
- Developing systems and processes for ease of work.
- Work closely with all the departments.

**Selection Criteria**
- At least a Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a field relating to Business Administration/Management is required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the operation management system.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing staff.
- Developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritize, manage complex tasks and projects and meet competing deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to create and lead the team and maintain a professional and friendly persona during encounters with stakeholders.
- Effective and efficient time management.
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain composure, balance workload and conflicting priorities and effectively handle difficult situations.
- Demonstrated organizational, project management and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to oversee the overall management, planning and controlling daily work activities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Facilitate the staff of all offices of the company to achieve best results.
