Williams Bar & Café is located in the city centre of Melbourne, adjacent to Clarion Suites Gateway, we are an all-suites four-star hotel under the international Clarion brand of Choice Hotels Asia - Pac, with over 150 hotels nationally.

We're thrilled to announce the grand reopening of our beloved restaurant after a transformative renovation

After a three-year hiatus, we're back and better offering a fresh dining & beverage experience that promises to delight both loyal patrons and newcomers alike. As we embark on this exciting chapter, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and help us create unforgettable moments for our guests.

Our operations include restaurant, bar, during breakfast, lunch & dinner

**About the Role**:

- To ensure guest service is of the highest standards, displaying at all times a professional, competent attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Have a strong customer-focused outlook with good communication skills and a willingness to accommodate guests’ needs.
- Have strong leadership and staff training skills.
- Be Reliable, flexible and responsible.
- Current VIC RSA.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Must be punctual with good time management skills & an ability to work under pressure, as well as reliable, flexible and a great team player.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Various Shifts are available based on preference which include morning, lunch and evenings.
- Applicants should provide employment references, and have a current work visa or residency status.

**The Offer**:

- Competitive Salary from $62.000 to $69.000 per year, plus 11% superannuation and leave entitlements.
- Opportunities for advancement

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
