The company is a fully remote/ online provider of NDIS therapy services, predominately working with children and adolescents aged 0-18 with Autism, ADHD and/or have developmental delay, intellectual disability, neurological and motor disabilities. The wider Allied Health team consists of Speech pathologist’s, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist’s and Dieticians, allowing you to work as part of a MDT team.

The role will see you working a 50/50 clinical and non-clinical split, with your clinical caseload reducing as the Speech Pathology team grows. There are currently 4 Speech pathologists on the team and the maximum that you will manage is 10 FTE.

Having been around for 9 years now, the company was founded long before Covid, meaning they are experts in providing online therapy. The company was founded by 2 Allied Health professionals that were passionate about extending therapy services to people across the country, no matter their location or situation.

About the role:

- Lead a team of highly motivated, dedicated and supported remote clinicians.
- Provide regular and on-going supervision and training to your team.
- Be part of the recruitment and onboarding process of new potential employees
- Manage your own small clinical caseload, currently a 50/50 split but this will reduce as your team grows.
- Complete clinical quality audits, provide feedback and coaching, ensuring that they meet company standards.

About you:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience required, ideally with some experience leading a team
- Understanding of the NDIS or Disability health
- Experience working with clients aged 0-18 with Autism, ADHD and/or have developmental delay, intellectual disability, neurological and motor disabilities.
- Fantastic time management
- Values focused and driven.
