Right now, we’re seeking a Manager, Performance Insights who will play their part in this shared purpose. Who’ll bring their authentic selves to work, demonstrate compassion and care, and collaborate in a team to improve the everyday — for Victorians, our colleagues and our partners.

**About the role**

This role is responsible for overseeing the development of sophisticated performance and insights reporting across TAC’s provider pricing and purchasing arrangements. This includes the development of reporting and delivering detailed analysis that provides insight to TAC decision makers at all levels, and which inform the establishment and/or continuous improvement in TAC’s pricing and purchasing arrangements. The ultimate goal is to drive performance and derive value from the health and disability services TAC client’s access.

**About the Team**

This role will be a part of our Partnerships and Performance branch within the Provider Markets & Commercial Group. You will be joining a passionate, engaged and high performing branch who work together to drive improved outcomes for Victorians who have been impacted by road trauma.
