About the role

This role is responsible for overseeing the development of sophisticated performance and insights reporting across TAC's provider pricing and purchasing arrangements. This includes the development of reporting and delivering detailed analysis that provides insight to TAC decision makers at all levels, and which inform the establishment and/or continuous improvement in TAC's pricing and purchasing arrangements. The ultimate goal is to drive performance and derive value from the health and disability services TAC client's access.

About the Team

This role will be a part of our Partnerships and Performance branch within the Provider Markets & Commercial Group. You will be joining a passionate, engaged and high performing branch who work together to drive improved outcomes for Victorians who have been impacted by road trauma.

What we're looking for

Stakeholder Engagement

Strong stakeholderengagement and communication skills. Ability to discuss highly complex and abstract concepts and proven ability to translate complex technical information to engage different stakeholder groups.

Technical skills

Highly developed analytical and statistical modelling skills and their application in a business context. An understanding of Business Intelligence technologies such as SAS E-Guide & SAS VA as well as an understanding of data warehousing & information management.

Demonstrated experience in leading a high performing team and providing coaching, support and direction to team members ensuing business objectives are achieved.
