Our client delivers cutting-edge F&B, branding and brand ambassador solutions to a range of events from corporate to brand whilst also playing in the wedding and social event space. Starting in Brisbane, this young and exciting business has expanded into Sydney + Melbourne over the last few years and is ready to expand It’s team on the ground here in Sydney. This nurturing company is big on career development with potential pathways into senior management for those that are keen to learn and grow.
**The role**:
Working as part of a small team here in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the client’s brief to life. From administration to packing and onsite duties, this role will have a huge range of variety and excitement. This is the opportunity to really make a role your own and continue to establish this exciting business in this city full of opportunity.
- Oversee the setup and delivery of various events
- Manage personnel and workflow for smooth execution
- Prepare for events; ordering produce, branding, packing, logistics, styling and set up
- Resolve logístical issues and organize warehouse inventory management
- Manage clients and stakeholders whilst representing the brand with friendliness and integrity
- Problem solve as required
- Experience in catering or hospitality operations is highly advantageous
