**Role Details**: The Briefings and Business Support Coordinator is a role within Social Inclusion and is accountable to the Assistant Director, Social Inclusion Policy and Partnerships:

- coordination of briefings and ministerial responses for Ministers and the Chief Executive including providing timely advice on the various briefing processes to be utilised and the appropriate recording and monitoring of responses.
- contributing to the provision of a comprehensive range of activities which support the development and implementation of various policy and strategy initiatives including undertaking data collection, research and preparing reports or correspondence.
- a range of functions which contribute to an effective and efficient briefing, liaison and correspondence service, undertaking tasks designed to expedite and improve information flow and contributing to the delivery of efficient work practices.
- providing general administrative support to the business unit including HR support functions.
- providing executive and administrative support to the Social Inclusion Directorate.

**Special Conditions**: National Police Check required.

**About the Business**: Inclusion and Reform acts as a central reform unit that brings together the policy and reform expertise from different directorates and functions within our department, including the Early Intervention Research Directorate, First Nations Practice and Partnerships, Social Inclusion and The Reform Hub. Working across the department, the division is responsible for ensuring we deliver on the policies, reforms and improvements to which we have committed, in order to deliver the best possible services and programs for the South Australian community.
