Corporate Services Support Officer

About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to be responsible for providing high level professional and confidential administrative support services to the Corporate Services team and provide executive support to the Director of Corporate Services. This position will set priorities, organise, assist and monitor corporate operations and projects as required to assist in achieving organisational goals and objectives.
About you
- Support operational functions of the Corporate Services and undertake special projects and assignments as delegated and required by the Director of Corporate Services
- Manage and oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence through the electronic records management system in a complex and sensitive work environment to ensure timelines and quality control requirements are met, including an efficient mail and document tracking system.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentially during all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
