**Role**:
**Role Description**:
- Work on general office administration and reception tasks as directed by the Principal, Campus Manager and/or Office Manager, including the annual enrolment process.
- Monitor and update college website as required or as directed by HTC Principal/Campus Manager.
- Update and monitor currency of marketing collateral as directed by HTC Principal/Campus Manager including:
- Newsletters
- Pamphlets
- Videos
- Brochures
- Yearbook
- Liaise, as directed by HTC Principal, with external entities and marketing companies to assist in the marketing and advertising of the College - i.e. bus and shelter companies, newspaper ads etc.
- Any publications regarding the Registered Trade Organisation (RTO) must be documented according to RTO policy and procedures in conjunction with the RTO Manager.

- All staff employed by the Department and schools have access to a broad range of employment conditions and working arrangements.
- 2 days per week on a Casual basis, no addition works ar erequired over the school holiday periods
