Little Sparrow Sunshine is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager who is keen to establish and lead teams. Job tasks and responsibilities:

- Maintaining an exceptionally high standard of customer service;
- Ensuring quality control is maintained on all food and drink products;
- Maintain and implement marketing campaigns, displays and sales techniques;
- Cash management;
- Stock control;
- Maintaining strong team motivation and ongoing team training & development;
- Adhering to and monitoring Workplace Health and Safety standards
- Manage daily operational needs including food costs, wage costs & other expenses;
No night shiftsWeekend availability is a mustTo be successful, you will:

- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cafe Manager
- Strong Barista skills and all-rounder skills
- Have demonstrable skills in leading and motivating a team
- Creation and issuing of weekly staff rosters;
- Help recruit, train and bring new staff on-board where required
- Work with our company directors on driving efficiencies in our business operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years previous exp in similar role
- Australian citizen or full working rights

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
