As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing a team of employees, and maintaining a clean and organised cafe environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the cafe's operations, including food preparation, production, and service
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training and mentoring staff on proper service techniques
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication
- Complete weekly rosters
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the cafe, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
