**Description**:
Position Description
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will partner with stakeholders, business units, suppliers and Technology Services team members to support the strategic and operational delivery of IT Services.
Through effective engagement, the role will help drive innovation and continual improvement through existing and developing technologies.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience/Criteria
- Experience in partnering with business representatives and stakeholders to drive organisational efficiencies and positive change within the IT department of a large enterprise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders on complex issues and champion services.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and vice versa.
- Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies.
- A base understanding of relevant IT best-practice frameworks, such as IT service management (ITIL).
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage, manage, negotiate, influence and establish effective relationships with a wide range of people.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to understand business process lifecycles and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven understanding of productivity and collaboration services and how they can be applied within the enterprise, such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, ServiceNow, TechnologyOne and Zoom.

**Qualifications**:
Required
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications relating to IT Services or IT Project Management; or extensive relevant experience within a diverse Information Technology environment; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.

Desirable
- Possession of a Project Management certification such as PRINCE 2 or PMBOK.
- Possession of an IT Service Management certification such as ITIL V4.
- Possession of a Change Management certification such as Prosci
- Possession of a Business Analyst certification such as ECBA
