**Where you'll be working**:
The ICT Services Digital Health Facilities practice was established 2019 to introduce consistent and structured project and change management structures and capabilities for the delivery of Information & Communications Technology (ICT) services across the Hunter New England Local Health District capital investment project portfolio.
The unit is based with the rest of the ICT team’s Newcastle staff in recently refurbished offices in Smart Street, Charlestown - conveniently close to shops, transport and parking.
**About the role**:
With a significant number of refurbishment and redevelopment projects underway throughout the District, we have an excellent opportunity for an ICT Project Coordinator to join the Digital Health Facilities team and support a range of these projects throughout the Hunter New England Health District.
The role works closely with the ICT Project Manager and the integrated project team to facilitate the successful delivery of all aspects of the ICT components of the projects to ensure the work is completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within the agreed scope.
**About you**:
You will have a track record in supporting multiple projects at a time with high level logistics, procurement, change management, and project coordination. You will be willing to work across many areas of the business to determine appropriate methods of meeting project demands. You will demonstrate your ability to build and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders as part of a large integrated project team and have experience in finding new ways of solving complex problems in order to meet deadlines while mitigating critical risks.
