  • Based at our Charlestown site, the Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support with a focus on customer service to ensure the smooth running of daytoday operations.
Some duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet, greet and direct the flow of participants who attend site for appointmentsAssist participants to access and utilise job search facilities on site-
  • Liaise with contractors and external stakeholders such as RTO's, suppliers and employers-
  • Maintain administration and facilities on site including stationery orders, mail, purchase orders and WHS & incident management
  • This position is part-time, fixed-term until May 202
