**Position Objective**
- Managing Customer Complaints at Toongabbie Plant to ensure compliance with Global Quality Policy/Procedure and applicable Regulatory requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement at Toongabbie Plant by reducing waste/scraps across all stages of Manufacturing process and continuously reducing number of customer complaints received.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure each complaint is correctly entered to the database, reviewed and closed in timely manner following with Global Quality Policy and applicable Regulatory requirements.
- Perform trend analysis of complaints and waste/scraps and work with Manufacturing team to implement continuous improvement/complaint & waste/scrap reduction.
- Ensure proper root cause analysis is performed when a trend of Customer Complaint is received or a deviation is reported in MPI database.
- Manage Manufacturing Process Improvement database to ensure each Deviation and Critical Work Order is adequately written, closed in timely manner and all associated CAPAs are implemented.
- Provide inputs for Monthly Indicators, Management Review, and Annual Product Review.
- Support Release Department as needed.
- Other duties as required.
**Requirrements**
- Tertiary education in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience in Sterile Manufacturing and/or Quality Assurance processes.
