**What will you be doing in this role**:

Working in a team of three you will have exposure to the entire sales process whilst working auction campaigns and off market listings. You will have the backing of a super star PA who manages all of the admin and marketing tasks so you can focus on managing buyers, getting in doors and negotiating sales.
- Attending open homes, auctions, private inspections
- Attend pest and building, pre-settlement inspections
- Prospecting calls to the database and local residents
- Prepare for and attend market appraisals
- Door knocking and letter box drops
- Follow up buyer inquiry and nurture buyer pipeline
- Assist with running auction campaigns
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Open home call backs
- Negotiate and work with buyers to close sales
- Real estate experience in sales or leasing OR
- Sales experience outside of real estate
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Impeccably presented and confidently spoken
- A valid drivers licence and reliable car
- A confident phone manner
- The ability to work as a part of a team
- Flexibility to work every Saturday
