This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and help shape the future direction of our manufacturing and distribution centre in Huntingwood, NSW.

**Main Functions**
As the National Sales Manager at Bovara, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Customers’ needs are exceeded and are the number one priority for the company.
- Overseeing team management, including hiring, training, coaching and strategic direction planning.
- Motivating and managing a team of talented salespeople, engineering estimators and customer service people.
- Managing the Channel strategy of valued partners - Distributors supporting the end users - Electrical Contractors.
- Providing accurate sales reporting and meeting targets.
**Skills, Qualifications, and Attributes**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience dealing with Contractors and Distributors - leading by example with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire for a long-term employment relationship within the Leadership team of the company.
- Trustworthiness and integrity.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
