About the opportunity
We are looking for monitoring analysts for our 24/7 Guardian Centre on an ongoing/permanent basis. Full time (5 shifts over a 7 days week) and Part time roles are available over a variety of shift patterns.
As a monitoring analyst, you will review video footage which has been captured by our technology in the field, to determine whether a driver is tired or distracted.
You will then contact our clients to advise them of events so that they can manage the safety of their driving fleets.
The Guardian Centre operates 24 hours/7 days a week with shifts scheduled from 6AM - 2PM and 2PM - 10PM

About Guardian
Guardian is used by leading transport and logistics companies worldwide and is proven to reduce fatigue events by more than 90%. So far, Guardian has intervened in more than 50,000 fatigue or distraction related driver events. Face
- and gaze-tracking algorithms measure the driver's head position and eye closure and, when safety parameters are exceeded, audio alarms and seat vibration are immediately activated. Guardian also features a forward-facing camera which captures critical information about road conditions at the time of the event.
About you
We will provide you all the training you need to perform the role; however, an interest in providing a high level of customer service to global customers is key to being successful in this role.
This role is about protecting people and saving lives via our eye monitoring technology led by our Guardian Centre Team.

**we are looking for people who have**:

- Full work rights
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment.
- Familiar with the use of MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel
- Basic Windows Operating System experience
- Have strong attention to detail to be able to identify key events in video clips
- Be confident to be able to make judgement calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you will be communicating with people globally.
