**Description**:
Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager we have an exciting full-time 13-month fixed term opportunity for a pro-active and efficient Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance Team. We are not only seeking someone who naturally aligns with our culture but is also connected in contributing to improved outcomes for our clients.

The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for managing tenant and non-tenant-related Accounts Receivable, operational processes and all Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting and reporting processes.
You will have highly developed attention to detail, outstanding customer service and communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile to support our clients. Previous experience in an end-to-end accounts receivable processing role is essential.

The position is a national role and can be located at any of HCA premises across our various states.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:

- Proven experience processing rent transactions, rent adjustments, rent reviews, etc. and other non-tenant related invoice charges including those relating to operational capital grants
- Experience in the Management of accounting and reporting of all Accounts Receivables including tenant Accounts Receivables (rent and other), non-tenant Accounts Receivables, bad and doubtful debts and bad debt write-offs
- Experience with tenant bond lodgement, disbursement process and reconciliation
- Experience managing, reconciling, and reporting on other receivables for operational and capital grants, including SDA
- Experience with Accounts Receivable reporting and reconciliation (including monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations), 3rd party reporting and reconciliation, and grants receivable
- Highly experienced in the use of a range of financial packages including Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Solution and outcomes focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Commitment and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\Previous experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
