FourQuarters Recruitment is working with a prestigious organisation based in Melbourne CBD, to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer (immediate start).
The Role
This is a temporary contract likely to last 2-3 months with a possible extension. If successful, you will be responsible for:
- Raising invoices
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- Performing account reconciliations
- Debtor management reporting
- Reconciliations and claims management
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Occasionally helping with Accounts Payable duties including processing invoices, statement reconciliations etc.
- Dealing with any incoming queries
- Chasing b2b and b2c customers for payment
- Deal with any accounts receivable enquiries
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
The Successful Candidate?
- Have minimum 2 years experience within Accounts Receivable or a similar role
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills - MRI / MYOB and XERO is also preferred
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
