**What we need from you**:

- Manage driver fatigue, work hours, and equipment to ensure compliance with time slots and regulations, avoiding financial penalties.
- Schedule and manage containerised and sideloader fleet bookings, optimizing for performance, cost, and adherence to weight and mass regulations.
- Monitor and adjust bookings for wharf and other time slots to ensure efficient dispatch and mínimal delays, especially during peak travel times.
- Liaise with customers regularly, providing timely updates and maintaining strong communication throughout the process.
- Utilize digital booking systems such as 1-Stop, Containerchain, and Freighttracker, with a quick adaptability to new programs.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and forward planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience with fleet scheduling and logistics, particularly in containerised and sideloader operations, is preferred.
- Knowledge of driver fatigue management, work hours regulations, and truck mass limitations on main roads and weight restrictions is essential.
- Familiarity with digital booking systems such as 1-Stop, Containerchain, and Freighttracker (one or more of the three not necessarily all of them), or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong communication and customer liaison skills, with a proven ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments.
