**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**About the Role**

Based in our head office in leafy Belrose in Sydney, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic **Spare Parts Sales Coordinator **to work within our Customer Service Division.

This is a varied Customer Service and Admin focused role ( **combination of 3 days office and 2 days working from home **), where your skills will drive the delivery and support associated with our expanding spare parts business.

Key responsibilities include;
- Working with customers and technicians to understand their requirements
- Driving spare parts sale with effective and focused customer service
- Identifying parts, raising quotes, negotiating pricing and processing customer orders.
- Ensuring parts supply and delivery targets are met (DIFOT).
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

**What We Are Looking For**

The successful applicant will have:

- Demonstrated success in a sales support / customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confi dence in ERP/MRP systems, MS Word, MS Outlook and Excel
- A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised and also work within a team when required
- Previous experience in with spare parts is not essential, but a desire to learn about our business and our products is.
