**We’re now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Supply team in what is a permanent full-time position, based in Sydney.**

As Customer Services Representative, you’ll have the freedom to implement your own ideas and ensure we delight our customers every time, with exposure to tasks and roles within the wider Supply Services team and function.

The initial focus of this role is the day-to-day order processing, you will have responsibility for one or more of our major accounts This will require a pro-active person to ensure all issues are identified and resolved promptly, delivering excellent Customer Service always

**Your role will include but not be limited to**:
Receipt and processing of EDI and manual orders
Order management process across Australia and New Zealand.
Credit management process
Investigation and validation of credit claims and order error prevention
Liaise with account managers (internal / external) to provide customer insights and opportunities.
Identify and support cost reduction opportunities and operational improvement activities.
Preparation of Reports and a sound understanding of information being compiled
