Liatam Mining Pty Ltd **(Liatam)** is a privately owned mining services company in Western Australia that offers an extensive range of support and services to the mining industry. Our services include mining, exploration, and mobile maintenance, while our independent EPC division, provides dedicated engineering, procurement, and construction support.

Liatam has successfully assisted in the re-commissioning of operations at the Bald Hill mine for Lithco No.2 Pty Ltd and continues to provide long-term open pit mining and mobile maintenance services on-site.

Liatam's exploration division is actively operating in the eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, the Pilbara region of Western Australia, and Quebec, Canada.

**About the role**

We are on the search for an energetic, customer focused and optimistic individual who will be based at front of house and act as first point of contact for all Liatam and Lithco’s internal and external interactions.

Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will represent all company values and philosophies to create a welcoming and supportive introduction to the company including communicating in an effective and professional manner.

The role entails a diverse skill base, ranging from reception and administrative skills required to support the Perth head office, and provide a range of clerical duties which include but are not limited to:

- Welcome guests into the office, direct them to the appropriate personnel and monitor security awareness
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or take and relay messages in a timely manner
- Ensure reception area, meeting rooms and all kitchens are tidy and well presented
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and organise couriers and deliveries
- Oversee conference room and board room bookings
- Order office supplies and stationery and maintain inventory of office equipment or furniture
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team and exclusively support work to the Chairman and MD as required
- Arrange travel, accommodation for head office employees, liaise with company travel provider as required and manage parking register
- Oversee office maintenance and liaise with the office property managers regarding any issues and maintenance to ensure a timely solution
- Assist the company secretary with the completion and lodgement of company documents
- Maintenance of the company intranet for head office including uploading documents provided by the department managers, general administration and answering queries
- Creation and closing of AFE projects for corporate administration related expenditures
- High volume processing of corporate purchase orders (consultants, legal fees, regular general suppliers, and tradesmen)
- Events management including corporate lunches, sundowners, and end of year Christmas parties
- Assist in preparing financial budget for administration related expenditures, maintain corporate card expenditure records and reconciliation and regularly assist accounts payable

**About You**

To be successful in securing this outstanding opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar position, a high school diploma along with the following:

- Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office Suite and MS 365
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing a switchboard
- Experience in managing corporate events and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prior experience managing office documentation, producing reports and formatting presentations
- Confidence and ability to build and maintain professional working relationships
- Hold a C Class drivers licence
