**About the Company**
Our NSW State Government client supports education and training for excellent health care across the NSW Health system.
**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Project Administration Officer with performance analysis and reporting experience to join their team in St Leonard’s with the flexibility to work remotely from home. This is a part time opportunity of 22hours per week and an estimated 4-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to coordinate the enterprise project management and performance reporting system producing high quality, accurate reports tailored to the target audience. You will also be supporting users and providing a broad range of system administration and database activities
In this role you will be responsible for, however, not limited to the following
- End to end project coordination
- Track, monitor and report on project status updates, milestones and deliverables
- Source, gather and collate information to support decision making outcomes
- Generating routine and adhoc reports
- Produce information reports, dashboards, discussion papers and issue logs
- Support system users
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, committees and events
- Preparing high level documentation including correspondence,
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To secure this great assignment you will have the following
- Demonstrated Project Administration experience
- IT and System management experience
- Education, Training or Health Sector experience highly advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills both verbal and written
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- COVID-19 immunisation digital certificate or medical exemption
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
