**The Opportunity**

The **Platform Content Coordinator** is responsible for creating, organising and enhancing content for our Student Hub platforms. This includes shaping a clear and and engaging content strategy while focusing on making the user experience smoother and more intuitive. The Student Hub increases our students ability to self-manage their study; intuitively locate information and feel well supported in their study journey.

**About You**
- A formal qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Communication, Journalism, or Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on engaging and informative content.
- Proficiency in utilizing Content Management Systems, with preference given to experience with WordPress.
- Proven experience in project management and effectively managing high-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of content and communications strategy development and implementation.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability in crafting content that optimises the user experience (UX), ensuring that information is presented intuitively, and user interactions are seamless.
