Are you passionate about workplace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and have excellent customer service skills? This is an exciting opportunity to work for Diversity Council Australia, the peak body leading D&I in Australian workplaces.

We are looking for a Member Relations Advisor to join us for a full-time or part-time (4 days/school hours) position, starting asap. Location is preferably East Coast of Australia in a hybrid working environment with access to a vibrant CBD co-working space in Sydney and Melbourne.

**About the role**
- Cultivate great relationships with existing member organisations and guide them through the membership lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Provide valuable and timely support for incoming member enquiries, for example, sourcing information from DCA’s website resources.
- Manage the general enquiries inbox, assisting with information/quotes/invoices for DCA’s learning programs, and ensuring accurate record keeping in the CRM as well as assisting with membership reporting as needed

**About you**

You have a passion for, strong interest in, and/or lived experience with diversity and inclusion. You bring a strong sense of initiative, collaboration, and a continuous learning mindset.
- High-level customer service, and exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and members
- Strong administration/IT proficiency - comfortable with technology and able to pick up different systems, maintaining accurate record keeping/database management
- Excellent time management when dealing with competing priorities
- Experience in customer service, account management or client management
