**What you’ll be doing**:

- Deliver and assess the ELICOS Program.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans with clear objectives.
- Create student resources and maintain their development.
- Record and maintain all assessment results in accordance with Institute procedures.
- Monitor student progress and provide comprehensive intervention strategies for support.
- Assist with student resource development.
- Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff, and validation meetings.
- Cultivate an engaging and positive learning environment for students.

- The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience as an ELICOS trainer and assessor.

**Education and Role essentials**:

- TESOL/CELTA certificate or any related degree.
- Experience in managing and/or teaching ELICOS programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Minimum of 2 years of ELICOS teaching experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Availability to teach both the AM and PM sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
