**Position Overview**:

- **Job Title**: Motor Claim Specialist
- **Location**: 109 Neil St Toowoomba, QLD 4350
- **Work Arrangement**: Hybrid role with 50% office attendance and 50% remote work - after you have completed your 7 weeks of full-time training
- **Shift Patterns**: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- **Training**: 7 weeks of full-time paid training (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) before transitioning to the regular shift pattern
- **Training Format**: Combination of classroom and on-the-job training, including high support training
- **Training Location**: Onsite at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC
- **Holiday Restrictions**: No holidays allowed during the 7-week training period

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries
- Handle Motor Claim enquiries via telephone and online channels.
- Listen actively, build trust, and ask relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to maintaining a balanced team culture that prioritises people, customers, risk, and performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills to listen, build rapport, and convey complex information effectively.
- High level of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.
- Commitment to self-development and eagerness to enhance skills and capabilities in the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.
