If so, we have an ideal position for you We're seeking a Field Supervisor to become an integral part of our client's team, contributing significantly to the success of their important projects.

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Lead on-site operations, ensuring seamless execution of plans, schedules, and industry standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for site subcontractors, managing construction challenges, changes, and design limitations.

**Supervisory Excellence**:

- Direct and oversee subcontractors, maintaining precision across multiple work sites.
- Report delays promptly, providing directives to navigate challenges effectively.
- Update the Infrastructure Manager on progress, conducting thorough reviews of subcontractors’ reports.
- Inspect site works, ensuring quality, constructability, and safety standards are met.
- Efficiently rectify open quality deficiencies within agreed timeframes.

**Operational Impact**:

- Assess and issue High-Risk Activity Permits, ensuring a safe and compliant performance.
- Attend and lead site meetings, contributing to a proactive safety culture.
- Report hazards and incidents internally and to the Client, actively participating in safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the design/logistics team on site-based requirements.

**Success Metrics**:

- Execute site works within agreed timeframes, earning accolades from clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure Client acceptance without deficiencies or quality issues.
- Manage site documentation uploads, adhering to agreed format and quality levels.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, maintaining an incident-free environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in leadership roles within rail, construction, or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with rail environments, HSE/site procedures, and specifications.
- Strong communication, documentation, and managerial skills.
- Supervised Worker/Protection Officer accreditation and a valid WA Driver’s License.

**Competencies and Certifications**:

- Proficient in overseeing subcontractor performance.
- Possess White/Blue Construction card.
- Demonstrated competency with High-Risk Activity Permits.
- Commitment to safety protocols and incident-free operations.
