Are you looking for a role in 2023 where you have clear career progression, whilst working in a rewarding environment / team? An exciting opportunity presents itself for a high-performing Executive Assistant to work alongside a dynamic and successful agent, in a centralised Brisbane office.
Due to the high-volume nature of this role, we are seeking a process driven individual with a passion for organisation and team accountability, that is always thinking one step ahead. Taking on a “team manager” persona, you’ll be eager to get in, keep others accountable and happily manage normal business functions should your leader be away.
This position is perfect for you if you have a thirst for achieving results and doing what it takes to get them over the line You’ll be working within the prestige property market and have a lot of fun while doing it

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, vendor management and sales activity;
- Extensive diary management ensuring your Agent has their days and time with clients and their team maximised;
- Coordinating all marketing books and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Provision of weekly vendor reports;
- Self-managing day to day tasks;
- General personal tasks as requested;
- Providing higher-level support to the other team members, managing and keeping them accountable to tasks;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a high functioning real estate administration role (2+ years) or experience supporting a high level executive with a jam-packed calendar;
- A solution focused approach with the drive to execute independently;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package; and
- Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
