Your key accountabilities

**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Monitoring, call taking, logging and reporting/rectification of faults and able to prioritise and respond to multiple incidents with appropriate escalations. Assist with the provisioning of a high standard of telecommunication support services state-wide including equipment issues, land lines, mobile and satellite telephony. Maintenance of telecommunication inventory records, processing of billing accounts and entry of telecommunications data configuration items into management systems. Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of minor telephone works and projects. Completion of monthly and special reports.
