Expand and share your skills and expertise to support over 500 independent schools across NSW by joining the Association of Independent Schools of NSW (AISNSW) as a Liaison and Support Officer in The Evidence Institute.

We are seeking a full-time member of the team with expertise in communication and survey administration. The successful applicant will have exceptional skills in supporting schools to gather data so that they can implement evidence-based approaches for students, teachers and leaders.

The Evidence Institute, which sits within the Leadership and Learning portfolio at AISNSW gathers, generates and supports the use of high-quality evidence for the benefit of independent schools and their communities. One way we do this is through the administration of the Perspectives suite of research-based, high impact school surveys.

**What will you do?**

This role provides support services for schools participating in the Perspectives suite of surveys. You will communicate and liaise with leaders and other school personnel, providing a range of support to enhance their survey experience. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service using effective interpersonal communication and organisational skills. You will have sound technical abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to learn new systems and approaches.

**What qualifications will you need?**
- Undergraduate education qualifications in a relevant field.
- Experience with systems including Qualtrics and SharePoint - or demonstrated commitment to learning new systems.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Provide clear and consistent liaison and communication with school leaders from the beginning to end of the survey period.
- Build and prepare the survey for launch within the Qualtrics platform.
- Clean and review the survey data using the recommended filters.
- Ensure accuracy of dashboards and reports for dissemination to the school.
- Willingly undertake other duties as required by the Associate Chief Executive and the Director: The Evidence Institute.
