**Your new role**

Full-time permanent position in Malaga, WA.

Responsible for the coordination of the administration team, directing and executing workflow, implementing administration processes and supporting management in the achievement of business goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Maintain accurate data records
- Reconcile, report and audit asset management as required
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of standard end to end processes in scope and systems
- Advise and support administrators performing data entry and maintenance to ensure consistent execution of the end to end processes in compliance with company policies
- Maintain activities within functional departmental budget
- Ensures all run sheets have been completed

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business or relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record involving process simplification & standardization
- Experience performing PDP/PIP and having challenging discussions
- Experience in managing/ supervising administrative teams and administrative personnel
