**Marketing Manager, Digital & Campaigns**

**We will count on you to**:

- Lead the strategic plans and execution of impactful marketing initiatives to drive member engagement, and retention.
- Utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, execute, and optimise personalised marketing campaigns
- Lead the management and communication of the performance of your initatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement (KPIs, ROI, behavioural and financial results).
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and refine marketing plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including digital, analytics, member experience, risk and compliance, product, and member service team, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Present insights and performance of marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital marketing.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, (or similar marketing automation platform),to manage campaigns and automated, always-on life-cycle communications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and life-cycle marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Customer focused, with a positive attitude and able to exercise sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
