**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Advertising Campaigns**: Create and implement strategic advertising campaigns to promote our company services across various platforms, including social media, print, and digital media.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and interacting with our audience to build a strong online community.
- **Website Management**: Proficient in managing website content, updates, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- **Client Attraction and Retention**: Develop targeted campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on corporate companies, event production companies, and caterers.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and events teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of our brand message.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future strategies.
- **Photography and Editing**: Proficient in photography and photo editing, with an eye for detail and aesthetics to enhance visual content.
- **Creativity and Innovation**: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique and effective marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and advertising techniques. Excellent communication and creative skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly in a corporate and event setting.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Looker)
- Expertise in website CMS platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress, Hubspot)
- Knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Suite Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut)
- Knowledge of analysis and mailing platforms (Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
