We have an exciting opportunity for a EPMO Analyst to work with State Government Department - Permanent/ Ongoing role.

The EPMO analyst supports the ongoing management of an optimized portfolio through providing data analysis services, quality reporting of portfolio performance, and project support across the portfolio. Another key focus for this role is playing a proactive role in the continuous improvement and knowledge management of EPMO processes, tools, and templates to adapt to strategic direction and business needs.

**Key Accountabilities -**
- **Systems and Tools Management Knowledge**:Can work independently to support the administration and manage the maintenance of systems and tools leveraged by the EPMO in delivering change across the portfolio.
- **Customer* Focus**:Sees the world through the eyes of the customer, responds to their needs and creates value by recognising their journey and working alongside them.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**
- Understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts and approaches
- Trained and certified in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prince2, SAFE)
- Understanding of methodologies and frameworks used for delivering change (e.g., agile, waterfall, and hybrid)
- Minimum 3+ years working in the project management industry
- Experience working in a PMO or portfolio office
