**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Capability Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing best practice leadership, performance, culture, talent and/or engagement programs; as well as related tools, skills, systems, and activities to enable a high performing, engaged, adaptable culture.

**ABOUT YOU**

In addition, you will have the following:

- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent industry experience or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/progress in achieving the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or another relevant educational qualification and knowledge of competency-based training.
