Our Medical Imaging team based in North Lakes are on the lookout for a **Casual** **Medical Receptionist** to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, as a Casual team member you will work across these days with a occasional Saturday shifts.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
