**About the role at Domain**

If you love working in a fast-paced environment, are obsessed with equipping customers to succeed, and have a passion for problem-solving with a high attention to detail, we have an extraordinary opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist within Realbase, based in Brookvale, NSW. Full on-the-job training will be provided.

A typical day may look like:

- Answering customers' calls or queries through our ticketing system Freshdesk (primarily Commercial Real Estate customers)
- Troubleshoot client queries promptly before escalating to the Supervisor for appropriate resolution when necessary
- Ensuring customer templates are correct in the system and making necessary manual adjustments as required
- Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favorable experience for our customers
- Share knowledge and upskill other team members both in Australia & the Philippines

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Query Handling - Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
- Collaborative Issue Resolution - Collaborate with other people or teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Customer Education and Onboarding - Assist customers in onboarding, provide education on product features, and give personalized support for success
