Complete City Health and Complete Corporate Wellness seeks an enthusiastic, mature-minded receptionist/admin staff who will be responsible for all organisational and everyday functions within our happy, high energy, busy practice based and national corporate health business in our head office in Sydney CBD.

We require a professional, reliable team player with superior communication skills, including polished telephone manner, excellent time management and organisational skills and a high regard for healthy living.

As we work in a highly organised and fast paced environment, attention to detail and a preference for structured systems and procedures would also be desirable. More importantly, you would be playing an integral role in helping our clients regain their health and vitality so being a compassionate and caring 'people' person is a must. We want you to love our clients as much as we do.

We also provide health care services to corporate Australia, nationwide and your role will be looking after that part of our business also.

Some of the daily duties include:

- Responsible for managing a team of staff and practitioners
- Responsible for the day to day running of the centre, staff training and performance management
- Manage our Corporate clients
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for practice growth
- Liaising with subcontractors for corporate events
- Ordering supplies and approving invoices for payment
- General office management including assisting with reception duties and general administration
- Assisting with marketing associated with the practice and identifying growth and quality improvements
- Organising and liaising with corporate clients
- Event organising for our corporate health arm Complete Corporate Wellness

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.24 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Expected Start Date: 13/03/2023
