We are currently seeking a Fulltime **Workplace Occupancy Planner**, workplace optimisation expert, with delivery experience in strategy, change, communications, space planning experience, and functional design who is interested in technology that enables workplace flexibility.

**Key tasks include**:

- Lead change management of building moves, relocation sequencing and execution.
- Influence workplace culture and space utilisation to drive sustainable change.
- Analyses space requirements and provides conceptual space plans and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide business insights and analytics on people behaviour’ s and space utilisation in a measured, data driven and digestible format to end users.
- Produces presentations for internal stakeholder(s) and client facing steering committee meetings for review and feedback.
- Develops scenario space planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow).
- Prepares forecasts and analyses space planning trends in general business conditions.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to service requests, innovation, and creativity in delivering facility services.
- Make recommendations to Management on necessary space planning code changes and/or requirements and updates.
- Attends client meetings and obtains approvals to proceed when required.
- Conducts interviews and discussions with client(s) to gather, coordinate and combine project requirements, for deliverables to be functional and operational.
- Facilitate and evaluate continuous reviews to ensure deliverables were executed and clients’ expectations were met, implementing procedures for ongoing improvements.
- Manage connection with key business stakeholders.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4-5 years’ managing workplace experience in contracts, large teams or complex projects and functions.
- Familiar with system furniture design and modular furniture while demonstrating knowledge and adherence to building regulations and health & safety guidelines.
- Essential experience in facilities management, workplace strategy or experience management
- Desirable experience and passion for service in the service industry
- Able to manage conflict and liaise with senior stakeholders and customers.
- A natural communicator who can engage and nurture relationships.
- Ability to manage and execute projects.
- Able to operationalise concepts into strategies and improvement plans that align to customers’ purpose and key priorities.
