An exciting opportunity awaits an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor looking to become an essential part of an allied health team in the Occupational Health and Rehabilitation field.

Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant will allow you to make a significant difference to improving people's lives, whether by workplace rehabilitation, injury prevention, counselling or finding a new job.

**As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your responsibilities will include**:

- Educating workers and employers about the health benefits of good work and how to prevent and manage injury and disability in the workplace.
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
- Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
- Identifying and addressing physical, psychological and/or workplace barriers that may affect a worker's recovery and return to work.
- Completing a variety of assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities.

**To be successful you will have**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- A drive to achieve high-impact outcomes in people's lives.
- Dedication to your own personal development.
- Current registration with AHPRA and relevant professional bodies.
- A current drivers' licence and access to own vehicle.
