**About the role**
We are looking for a hands on Planner/Advisor Sustainable & Smart Society, who is intrinsic motivated and experienced in integral thinking, investing and implementation. A so-called expert smart places who is able to build a result-oriented consulting and realization organization in which integrated and trans-domain development of green campus and green zones is awakened.

- Relevant qualification in our domains of experience and experience in the workfield (3+ years)
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to mediate, negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal including the ability to prepare comprehensive reports and make recommendations.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to work in a commercial business area.
- Ability to analyse and interpret a wide range of information and issues.
- Ability to represent the global Advier business.
