So, what’s the job?

You’ll be the 2IC to the Head of HR Operations, assisting with managing the day to day Payroll and PeopleConnect functions, along with supporting our global People and Culture teams
You’ll partner with stakeholders and leaders across the business provide assistance for payroll and operational HR requirements
You’ll own the delivery of HR Operations related projects including policy review, system updates, and other improvement initiatives
You’ll manage escalated employee and leader enquiries and support the HR team on related HR and payroll topics, such as policy, benefits and local legislation
You’ll administer a wide range of HR related procedures and policies to support global and local business requirements
You’ll own payroll compliance responsibilities across Australia & New Zealand

You’ll have extensive experience managing payroll across Australia and working closely with HR to get the best results for all employees
You’ll have experience communicating with and advising stakeholders at multiple levels across the business
You’ll have a strong understanding of industrial awards
You’ll have a track record of delivering accurate and timely payroll reporting
You’ll be confident in your problem solving abilities in a deadline driven environment
You’ll have experience managing external providers and government departments in conjunction with legislative reporting
You’ll have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
