**Senior Recruitment Consultant - Payroll Industry (Payroll exp not essential)**

**Sydney**

**U&I Partners** have partnered with one of
**Australia's leading providers of Payroll Recruitment **and as such, we are assisting with the ongoing growth of their Payroll Recruitment Division.

Not only do they provide an exceptional recruitment service, but they are also engaged as an
**industry body for payroll advice, guidance, compliance and training**, making them the go-to organisation for all things Payroll.

It goes without saying that Business Development will be a requirement in this role, however, due to the structure of the way this organisation operates, you will be inundated with new roles flooding in and will also find BD to be very warm and engaging.

We are looking for an experienced agency recruiter to join the team, and to also act as the 2IC to the Recruitment Manager. You will bring a wealth of experience with you, be comfortable in developing new business, as well as being very confident in managing the day to day needs of an existing client base.

**Payroll recruitment experience is not essential**, however, a will to learn the industry quickly will be required.

A very attractive base is on offer, along with a generous commission structure and low threshold target.

You will be joining a
