**About the role**

We are currently seeking two experienced Talent Design specialists with a passion for contemporary talent design practices. Your role involves managing innovative and impactful projects, including those related to the employee value proposition, talent pipelines, strategic sourcing solutions, and employee experience initiatives.

Our collaborative approach means partnering with various stakeholders across the organisation. We scope out solutions, implement pilots, and seamlessly embed these learnings into the fabric of TAFE NSW. We’re passionate about how our work directly contributes to enhancing the organisation.
